BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Check-in          From 11:00 AM – 4:00 AM (Early Check-In charge 50% off the overnight rate) 

Check-out        Until 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Late Check-out charge 70% off the overnight rate)

Included in the rates: Breakfast and local taxes

Other Meals: Lunches or dinner + 1 soft drink range between USD 15 – 25

Rates are based per room per night basis

Free Wi-Fi IS AVAILABLE IN YOUR ROOM!

Complimentary bottle of water (1 bottle of 500 ml per night) per guest

Rack rates are commissionable to Tour Managers / Travel Agents / Tour Operators

Children and Extra Beds: 

All children are welcome.

1 Baby crib provided for infants in Executive room (EXTRA CHARGE)

Infants under 5 years stay free WHEN SHARING WITH PARENTS

Children 5-12 years 50% sharing room with parent or parents (maximum 1 child)

Separate room is 75% of the room rate

There is no room for extra bed

CANCELATION/PREPAYMENT

Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of the required rate for the relevant cancelation and prepayment policy.

 

Cancellation Charges

The charges below only apply to 100% advance payment on accommodation. If you only paid our required 25% deposit, this won’t be refunded.

  • 25% if cancelled four days in advance.
  • 50% if cancelled two or three days in advance.
  • 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
  • 100% if cancelled one day prior to booking or on the same day.

 

Note:

Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy.

 

Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.

 

Online refunds for bookings made through our online payment system usually take 3-5 working days.

 

Payment Terms: 25% non-refundable deposit on reservation, Balance upon check in

Festive Season Bookings; Easter, Christmas and New Year- Full payment upon reservation
