Check-out Until 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Late Check-out charge 70% off the overnight rate)

Children and Extra Beds:
All children are welcome.
1 Baby crib provided for infants in Executive room (EXTRA CHARGE)
Infants under 5 years stay free WHEN SHARRING
Children 5-12 years 50% sharing room with parent or parents (maximum 1 child)
Separate room is 75% of the room rate
There is no room for extra bed
Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of the required rate for the relevant cancelation and prepayment policy.
The charges below only apply to 100% advance payment on accommodation. If you only paid our required 25% deposit, this won’t be refunded.
- 25% if cancelled four days in advance.
- 50% if cancelled two or three days in advance.
- 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
- 100% if cancelled one day prior to booking or on the same day.
Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy.
Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
Online refunds for bookings made through our online payment system usually take 3-5 working days.
Payment Terms: 25% non-refundable deposit on reservation, Balance upon check in.
Festive Season Bookings; Easter, Christmas and New Year- Full payment upon reservation

Should you wish to pay in cash, we accept Ugandan Shillings (UGX/Ush), Kenyan Shillings (KSH), Tanzania Shillings (TSH), Rwandan Franc (RWF), US dollar, Euro and GBP at the rates specified on the website.
In Uganda they do NOT accept US dollars given out before 2009
Please note that the exchange rate fluctuates on a daily basis. Please ask for the exchange rate at time of payment to avoid any confusion on this matter.
Cards accepted at Hilltop Hotel and Garden Semuto – American Express, China Union Pay, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, VISA, and Debit cards
. The hotel reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
Please note that the full amount regarding the reservation must be settled BEFORE the time of check-in. Please always ask for a receipt to document your payment
We accept MTN Momo and Airtel Money payments to settle bills at our hotel
If you wish to pay by bank transfer you need to make your reservation at least 14 days prior to the check-in date. Contact us for bank details at the time of making your reservation.
For local bank-to-bank transfers please ensure the transfer is made no later than 2 working days before check-in. Please be sure to present the transfer slip at the time of check-in.
For international bank transfers please note that the amount payable is to be calculated in US Dollars. For a US Dollars booking receipt please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The amount payable in the total reservation invoice is net of any local charges or costs which may be incurred by the customer in making payment. These include local bank transfer charges, and local government remittance fees.
Guests are advised to ensure the transfer is made no later than 7 working days before check-in to ensure that the transfer reaches us prior to your check-in. Please do e-mail us at email@example.com if you have any questions regarding how to make the transfer or to confirm that the transfer has been received.

All guests at Hilltop Hotel and Gardens Semuto are required to present valid identification upon check-in, which may be either a passport, East Africa National ID or National ID for Uganda nationals. Uganda Nationals can check-in with either a passport, National ID or a valid Uganda driving license.
Please note that all of our rooms and hotel is strictly non-smoking however we do have designated areas outside.
For the comfort and safety of our guests, we do not permit the presence of pets at the hotel.
We offer parking facilities FREE available around the hotel.
